Comprehensive DBT Therapy for Emotional Balance
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured form of CBT that focuses on helping individuals develop skills to manage difficult emotions and improve relationships. Originally developed to treat borderline personality disorder (BPD), DBT has since been adapted to treat a range of mental health issues. The goal of DBT is to provide patients with tools to better regulate their emotions, tolerate distress, and communicate more effectively.

DBT Treatment for Mental Health
DBT combines traditional cognitive-behavioral techniques with principles of mindfulness and acceptance. This therapy teaches patients how to live in the moment, manage stress, and regulate emotions. There are four core areas of DBT:
Helping patients become more aware of their thoughts and feelings in the present moment without judgment.
Developing healthy ways to cope with and survive crises without resorting to harmful behaviors.
Learning how to identify, manage, and change intense emotions that are causing problems.
Our DBT program is designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. We offer a combination of:
In individual therapy sessions, our therapists provide personalized care by focusing on your unique goals and emotional challenges, offering tailored support for managing stress, regulating emotions, and overcoming crisis situations effectively.
